About Us

Our office is located on the corner of 46th St and South Yakima Ave in Tacoma, Washington. We are approximately 1 1/2 miles east of the Tacoma Mall and eight blocks west of Pacific Ave.

We have been in the same location since 1985. We expanded, in 2004, to include a larger waiting room, a rehabilitation center and greater capabilities in electro-diagnostic testing.

We have special plans available for those without conventional insurance.
